Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our recruitment team. The intern will assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment trackers. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the hiring process, develop strong communication and organizational skills, and contribute to creating a positive candidate experience.
- Identify and attract candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Review resumes, conduct initial screening, and shortlist potential candidates.
- Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and update hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and candidate pipeline.
- Draft and post job descriptions across multiple platforms.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication.
- Expertise in sourcing talent through LinkedIn, job portals & social media
- Strong resume screening and candidate assessment skills
- Proficient in managing recruitment trackers and pipelines
